For Doctor of Education (Ed. D) and Doctor of Business Administration - Strategic Management and Leadership, dual completion pathways, in either full coursework of coursework + dissertation or 3 subjects for replacement of dissertation. In less than 24 months, it allows students to obtain a doctorate degree to accommodate students’ needs to balance studies with professional commitments. It emphasizes coursework and practical assignments, with the option to replace a dissertation with additional subjects in some cases.
All programs emphasise leadership in their respective fields such as business, education and vocational training, the modules on strategic management, change leadership, and organisational development are core to each program.

This Doctor of Education (Ed.D) program aims to produce educators with high skills based on relevant theories and practices as well as demonstrate the authority of a professional educator in the field of education management, education leadership, and training and designed to help students harness their educational, leadership, and decision-making abilities so that they can thrive in an educational or organizational profession. Its emphases are on education management and critical leadership. It is designed to prepare candidates for university faculty positions, as well as for careers in training and career-related departments.
